  5. •Defensible and sustainable competitive advantages.

  6. •A business model that is readily scalable.

  7. •A detailed plan for reaching subsequent financing milestones.


Investments that we will not undertake:


  1. • Unsecured debt transactions.

  2. • Investments in corn-based ethanol.

  3. • Start-ups with no cash flow.

  4. • Investments in oil exploration, oil refineries or heavy oil.

  5. • Investments in coal mining or any other sector of the coal industry.
