Our geographic focus is the United States, Canada, Europe and, selectively, Asia. A large percentage of our fund investments shall be in the United States and Canada.


We strongly believe that there are many technologies that can be developed for the benefit of developing countries. However, actually funding companies and projects in those areas involve a level of risk that is not acceptable to HDEC.
